A log book with a list of employees of the Hospital between 1890 and 1897. It includes name, job title, date of employment, salary or wages, their signature, and the date of termination and reasons for leaving; if the employee was recommended, that name is sometimes included. Physicians and Board of Trustee members are not included on the list.

Images of Roosevelt Hospital's early ambulances, which had a driver and a surgeon in attendance. They were horse drawn until 1900, when the Hospital experimented with a motorized ambulance, and then returned to horse-drawn carts in 1903. In 1908 ambulance service was discontinued completely until 1939.
