This collection contains the catalogs of the Phillips School of Nursing, formerly the Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing and the Beth Israel School of Nursing. A descriptive publication meant to recruit students, the catalogs include course schedules, tuition information, and descriptions of life at the School. Some issues include loose inserts with additional detail. Until 1968 the publication was known as the Catalog, and from 1968 to 1992 it was known as the Bulletin. The name was changed back to the Catalog in 1993.

This collection contains the commencement records of the Phillips School of Nursing, formerly the Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing. Commencements are typically represented by programs, but some years also include invitations or other ephemera. Years with no material: Classes of 1919-22, 1933-34, 1940, 1947, 2016. Note that in 2018 there was no yearbook. Instead they made a book using photos from the graduation ceremony. Missing from Set 2: 1962, 67, 72, 78-79, 1982-85, 1991-93, 99, 2002, 2005-06, 2009, 2015

This collection contains the student handbooks of the Phillips School of Nursing (PSON) and its predecessor the Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing. The items in this collection have been processed, but there are additional student handbooks in the main unprocessed collection of PSON records which will be added to this collection as the main collection is processed.

This is an unprocessed transport carton containing cloth material from the Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing archives, including a nurses' uniform, caps and a felt banner. The contents of the carton have not been inventoried. There may also be loose paper material in the carton which will need to be integrated into the appropriate PSON records series.

This unprocessed collection contains the contents of the Phillips School of Nursing archives which had previously been housed in filing cabinets in the School conference room. The Aufses Archives took custody of this material in May 2019. Much of the material had previously been housed in acid-free folders and archival storage boxes by a volunteer archivist, but there is little discernible order to the material. Processing the collection will involve imposing order and separating logically distinct series into their own collections. Collection contents include: alumnae papers, correspondence, ephemera, reports, publications, student newsletters, artificats, student diplomas from both PBISN and the Jewish Maternity Hospital School of Nursing, photographs, and a folder of material related to Albert Schwartz, MD's appointment as Archivist of the Beth Israel Medical Center.

This is a hybrid collection of both paper and electronic material. This collection includes: annual reports (2012-2013, 2015-2017), academic catalogs (1993-1995, 2013-2015), commencement programs (2014, 2016, 2018), and student handbooks (2014, in a digital format). It also includes material related to the School's 100th anniversary celebrations in 2004 and a self-published memoir, "Out - Of Time and Place" by Annette Stauber Cohn, a 1943 graduate of the School.

This collection contains two sets of the yearbooks of the Phillips School of Nursing, the former Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing. Both sets are missing 1962. The 1959 and 1961 volumes were not printed but were single sheets with images pasted on them that were placed in a three-ring binder. In 1980 there were two versions of the yearbook, one for the diploma students and the other the Associates students.

The school stopped publishing print versions of the yearbook. The last available edition is 2016.
